No sooner have you prepared the model you received from the architecture team for calculation and simulation than the first change comes along—and you have to figure out what’s changed!
While platforms such as BIM 360 (among others) allow for model comparisons and the visualization of changes, the data must first be exported.
- Quickly and reliably identify changes between two model versions
- You work directly in Revit—no additional platforms such as BIM360
- Confidence through visualization and list views
- Simple, visual navigation through all changes
The add-in is divided into two main functions: comparing two model versions, including identifying changes, and visualizing all changes.
- Parameters that exist in only one of the models are not taken into account
- Read-only parameters are not taken into account
- Parameters with StorageType "None" are not taken into account
- Position comparisons for family members are not taken into account
- Boundary comparisons for family instances are not taken into account.
